All of the cakes and cookies are freshly made using quality ingredients including:

        flour, fresh local eggs, butter, brandy & real chocolate ( >70% cocoa)

I use quality organic flour from Shipton Mill.  My eggs come from East Chase Lane Farm, who also sell a range of vegetables and wonderful xmas trees.

There are no preservatives & no additives in my cakes.

Cakes can be:-

  •   Madeira sponge with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam
  •   Lemon Sponge with lemon or vanilla buttercream
  •   Chocolate with chocolate or vanilla buttercream
  •   Rich traditional Fruitcake
  •   White Fruitcake made with apricots and pineapple

Other dietary requirements can also be catered for including gluten free & egg free cakes and cakes for diabetics
